Children need a healthy diet & balanced to meet nutritional needs in order to grow & develop properly. Needs of the food intake of healthy & balanced, fulfilled of food that contains enough elements needed by the body, either macronutrient or micronutrient.
And along with the growth of the child’s age, dietary changes, physical conditions or environmental conditions, then the child’s nutritional needs may change & vary from child to child with other children.
